Midnights at Horizon series now live
Following the launch of its new Rally Adventure expansion, Forza Horizon 5 has just kicked off its latest series, Midnights at Horizon, with some rare and exclusive rewards up for grabs for players returning to the festival.
It’s that time again, with a new series kicking off today in Forza Horizon 5 — if you’ve jumped back in for the new Rally Adventure achievements, here’s what the new series Midnights at Horizon has in store, in case you get tired of playing in the mud… or fed up trying to find that one last road you need!
Forza Horizon 5: Midnights at Horizon series underway

As the name suggests, the new series has a night racing theme, with evening and night lengths extended to mean you’ll be exploring Mexico in the dark a little more… perfect if you need to find more of those glowing Grit Reaper crates to smash. This series, there are two hard-to-find Epic supercars to be claimed for dedicated players, with the Porche 911 GT3 RS4 ’12 available at 80 season points and the Lamborghini Aventador J for 160 points.
Each week/season, there’s a new exclusive car up for grabs, too. This week, it’s the Legendary Rimac Nevera, followed by a trio of Rares in the following seasons — the Cadillac CT5-V, the Lexus LC 500 ’21, and the Cadillac CT4-V. As with the Hot Wheels expansion, Rally Adventure adds a couple of extra events to the Festival Playlist. And no, before you ask, it doesn’t look like we’ll see any more seasonal smashables this series, so anyone who still needs to finish up that achievement is once again out of luck. The preview for the next series, High Performance, also doesn’t mention smashables.
Anything here take your fancy? Still need Playground to give you more things to smash? Let us know!
