Disney Dreamlight Valley has continued to grow more popular since its launch last year, something which is all the more clear considering the game made it onto both our list of some of the best Xbox simulation games and our round-up of the best Game Pass additions of 2022 for September despite still being in Early Access. Before we all turn our attention to what the new year brings, Gameloft has shared some community stats for Disney Dreamlight Valley, showcasing what its players have been up to.

Disney Dreamlight Valley players have racked up an impressive 76 million hours of playtime collectively, clearing 930 million Night Thorns in that time and spending over 230 billion Star Coins in Scrooge’s shop, according to Gameloft. Meanwhile, whether you’re new to the game or have been playing non-stop since September, you might have noticed an ongoing discussion in the Disney Dreamlight Valley community: which crop can be most efficiently farmed to earn the most money? There are those who champion the pumpkin as the most profitable crop, while others rise up to pledge themselves to okra or another crop (I am in the latter camp, being far too forgetful to remember the second watering pumpkins need). Growing times and potential profits aside, it seems Disney Dreamlight Valley players have devoted themselves to pumpkins, harvesting over 510 million pumpkins altogether.
